Let's get started....

I like that so much better than 'Beginner's Class' For anyone who is just getting interested into card making or mainly focuses on scrapbooking please come to my free class on Saturday October 6th from 10am-noon and we'll make an simple card and then a little more fancy card. One will be quick and easy and the other one will incorporate things like wheels, embossing and more. I can't wait! I am really excited about these two cards! Please preregister so I know how many to prepare for by calling 6045239839 or through email. I know there are a bunch of people who just want to stamp and cut and create and don't always have the time or energy or motivation to use the supplies they have at home. Some people may have limited supplies and just want to see what they can do with them. Please come and enjoy and make something to boot. If it's not your thing to do the simple stuff you can save the date for Saturday October 6th That's World Cardmaking Day. Sounds like a contrived made up holiday for scrapbooking companies to rake in the cash you say. Well actually it was started by a group that was making and donating cards to charities. I can't quite remember if it was for troops over seas or sick children or who exactly it was for but it developed into a Papercrafts sponsored event. Don't forget to check out the World Cardmaking Day website for more information, for ideas and more! Also local events to celebrate this day also listed on the Stampin'Up! website. Simply Sent kits will be on sale for 20% off as well that weekend.

I used to play the accordion when I was a small child...

...maybe that's why I love accordion albums so much.
They're so much fun! Here's a colour I don't use too often - O R A N G E !
I made this for my father in law who we all call Lolo or Dad. He went to Toronto after he just came home from the Phillipines to visit his sister and other family members. I realized he probably didn't have any up to date photos of the children so viola. It was hard to part with this actually, don't laugh. I used a variety of products and just love how it turned out!

You can't choose your family or can you....

It's all in the Family

Choose Your Family

Between Grandma Louise (who drips with sweetness) and your oh-so-suave brother, Vic, you know that in life you can't choose your own family. But at Stampin' Up!, we've found a way to bend the rules so you can!

Purchase the Starter Kit between August 10 and September 30, and you'll get to pick the family of your choice--colour family, that is--of Classic Stampin' Pads FREE. That's a $79.95 value! And we've designed our exclusive coordinating colour families (including our In Color collection) so that every colour fits in.

As far as training goes Stampin'Up! provides a lot of support and information and an extensive website for demonstrators and we have a nice little group that meets once a month to share ideas and learn new things.

Trois pour toi Punch Box Still Available

Punch a Bunch

The Three for You Punch Box is still available and I think it's a pretty good value considering it comes with three Stampin'Spots the three flower punch which is valued at $21.95 and the stamp set to match. This set comes with Basic Black, Purely Pomegranate and Wild Wasabi inks. The two latter colours are not even available in that size to order yet. Pictured above is a note card I made with the free textured love notes that were offered with the punch kit last month. The tin and 9 stamps and punch and inks retail for $62.95 and for September I will order you 15 love notes and envelopes in the Soft Sky, Rose Red and Very Vanilla colours. That is 5 of each colour for free out of my pocket just because I think this is a nice punch kit and a good value already. Act now I won't offer this forever but the punch kit will be available until the end of the year. All images copyright Stampin'Up! Uh oh it looks like I need to clean my bedroom windows better.
