Quickie Christmas Card

More Christmas Cards!

I know it's not even November yet but I am playing Christmas music in the car and thinking about Christmas decorations and making plans already. Most of all I am making cards, lots and lots of Christmas cards. I just can't stop.

Swap

Here's one of my swaps I made in August for Convention. I used Tempting Turquoise and Green Galore with White Glossy Cardstock and Stazon, spounges, taffeta ribbon, a corner rounder and made a tag that slid out. The stamp set is Fresh Cuts 111634. I love this stamp set because it has such a collage type of image and is very forgiving. Unfortunately I was only able to make about 20 of them. I got so many lovely cards back. Give me a call if you would like to come over and see my stack of swaps! 6045239839 Blog ya L8R!

Christmas Set

I used Bashful Blue, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Old Olive inks and Cardstock along with the 2008 Ski Slope Designer Paper.

This card uses white ricrack and the Santa image from Just Beclause 116640

This card uses dark brown ricrack along with Season Of Joy 110384

Past and Current Class comes with box in Bashful Blue. Stamp A Stack of Christmas Cards using one piece of Stampin'Up! designer paper and lots of solid cardstock. Have you ever had just one a piece of lovely patterned paper and loved it so much you only wanted to cut into it if you could use it all and love it. This One Sheet Wonder is a step up when you make a tote and add embellishments and glitter. Sorry I can't turn the photos when I am posting from this computer. Next class is November 21st in Langley. All images are copyright Stampin'Up! Almost all supplies are SU!

Hello

This cute little box was made at the Stampin'Up! Convention in August in Salt Lake City, Utah. After it's cut and assembled the Retro Remix wheel was rolled along the edge in Old Olive ink. The 1/2 inch circle punch was used to take a notch out of the side so you know which side to open it on. The other side is fashioned like a hinge. Use sticky strip to put it together and then tie a bit of melon mambo ribbon around it. On the whisper white piece we used the Hello Again Stamp set and stamped the flower on scrap and cut it out, added a dimensional added a rhinestone brad and viola. Glitter can be added for additional bling!

Christmas Greetings

I used Versamark ON the Impressionabilities and then ran it through the big shot and sprinkled silver embossing powder! I layered it on Basic Gray cardstock and tied a Whisper White Taffeta ribon in a bow. The sentiment is from the Stampin'Up! set Grateful Greetings. I learned this technique at Making Memories in Burnaby.

The HAPPIEST business in the world is that of making FRIENDS ~ Anne S. Eaton

For this card I used Versamark to stamp the flourish on Creamy Caramel cardstock. Then I layered a small piece of Dream Street Papers on a piece of Basic Black Cardstock with a scalloped edge piece of Kraft cardstock along the top. I tied a piece of black satin ribbon and stamped the sentiment on another piece of Kraft {with Close to Cocoa and Soft Suede inks} and stuck it together. I have run out of Stampin'Dimentionals but I think that would improve the card. I used the Friends 24-7 stamp set from Stampin'Up!
